She uses the repetition and symmetry of a basic huge block as a way to create building shape, which is reflection of minimalism in her design; at the same time, she emphasize that the decoration should have they own function and the importance of decoration, which can be seen as excess in her design.

He preferred to get idea from nature and processing those ideas in systematic and mathematic way, with high cooperation with engineers. He believed architecture is democratic and it could be light. During his whole life, Otto engaged in experiment new form and structure.
